non-institutional landlords, national and regional tenant representations, public institutions, port authorities and food-related operations. Founder of the Northwest Food Facilities Group specializing in food related facilities, site selection, dispositions and analysis.
Capacity's 2018 Broker of the Year! Responsible for sales, leasing and consulting activities of industrial and flex properties with transactions dealing with institutional and non-institutional landlords. Details include buyer and tenant representations, tax-deferred exchanges, lease extensions, and buyouts. Currently sits on the board of the Northwest Industrial Neighborhood Association.

Strong focus on customer service, understanding facility operations to incorporate into a lease structure and tackling complicated transactions. Clients include
institutional investors, limited partnerships and high net worth individuals.
